La actriz de Pulp Fiction, Uma Thurman realizó un descargo a través de Instagram donde felicita a aquellas actrices que se han animado a denunciar a Harvey Weinstein, el productor de Hollywood acusado de acoso sexual. 

La protagonista de Kill Bill escribió su descargo junto a una imagen de la película que dirigió Quentin Tarantino: "Hoy estoy agradecida por estar viva, por todos aquellos a los que amo y por todos los que tienen la valentía de luchar por los otros. Dije que estaba enojada recientemente y tengo algunas razones, #MeToo [yo también], en caso de que no lo hayas notado por la expresión de mi cara".Siento que es importante tomarse el tiempo, ser justa, ser exacta, así que... ¡Feliz Día de Acción de Gracias a todos! (Excepto a ti Harvey [Weinstein] y a todos tus malvados conspiradores. Me alegro que esto te esté ocurriendo despacio. No te mereces ni una bala)".
