Hey, my name is Sophie Gray - the Gray behind @wayofgray. I want you to know that fries are my absolute favourite thing on the earth - seriously, if you came to my city, and asked me where to go for dinner, I'd rate all of the restaurants based on their fry game. But, I'm "@wayofgray" so I'm not supposed to eat foods like that - but I am also human. I feel like it's really easy to look on social media and tell yourself stories as to why you can't be as healthy as those with accounts like mine. Maybe you think you can't be committed like me because I walk around in Nike frees and spandex 24/7 so I'm ready at all times for a workout - yup, defs not.. I actually feel most comfortable in jeans and heeled booties. Or maybe it's because my family raised me this way.... I'll bet anyone 100 bucks that's there's multiple chocolate bars in my dads drawer at home. So nope, that's not it. Could it be that my boyfriend is super healthy - wrong again.. He works out but doesn't know the benefit of every super food. . I want you to know that the only reason I'm super active and eat well is because I choose to make it a priority. I choose to wake up each day and take care of my body - a choice that is easily yours, if you let it be. . Stop making excuses and know that you can do this. I believe in your victory.

I love the tag line "just do it" because it can seriously be that simple. You can just do it - you just have to overcome your own excuses. While yes, for some there are physical limitations but I'm talking to the person who says they can't lead a healthy lifestyle because they don't have enough time. Or because they love pizza too much. Or because they hate cardio. These are all excuses - and that's okay, because we all make them... But this is a reminder that it's time to stop giving into the excuses you're making. It's time to just do it - start leading that healthy lifestyle you have always wanted to lead. You can do it. Believe in your victory. .
